He directed one of the biggest offshore construction companies in Indonesia. His responsibilities included Project Management, Funds Management and Corporate Planning. He along with a prominent Indonesian businessman and Vicechairman of Kadin (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce) Mr. Imam Taufikpromoted companies in Thailand and Hongkong and Indonesia. The Companies operated in construction, oil and gas sectors. In 1994 he returned to India to promote a textile mill and a software Company. In 2002 he promoted Operational Energy Group [OEG]

In these roles, he was actively involved in developing over 4 lakh sq. ft. of residential and commercial space across Chennai, contributing to the city’s growing skyline. Today, he continues to bring his expertise and long-term vision to property development in the region as the Director of OEG Elite Housing Private Ltd.

As a Project Engineer at Real Value Promoters and GM Shelters, Govindaraju was responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale residential and commercial projects. He played a crucial role in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
After years of hands-on experience in project management, Govindaraju took the leap into entrepreneurship by becoming a partner at Newcrest Housing and Crest Home Makers. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the growth and success of both companies. With a focus on high-quality construction, innovative design, and customer satisfaction, he has played a key role in the development of multiple residential and commercial properties, enhancing the company’s reputation in the real estate market.
